For my 4th year participating in the Vegan Month of Food, I am blogging all things waffle. These majestic concoctions of crimped dough are veritable culinary chameleons. Sweet or savory, gluten-free or wheatie-meatie, the waffledom of our world is teeming with varied evolutions. I have waffle ideas and some of them may be good. Disregard my bad ideas.
Waffle enthusiast Leslie Knope might also join the party. I am much intrigued by that “salger” invention of hers.
