Vegan MoFo

Operation Waffle!

For my 4th year participating in the Vegan Month of Food, I am blogging all things waffle. These majestic concoctions of crimped dough are veritable culinary chameleons. Sweet or savory, gluten-free or wheatie-meatie, the waffledom of our world is teeming with varied evolutions. I have waffle ideas and some of them may be good. Disregard my bad ideas.

Waffle enthusiast Leslie Knope might also join the party. I am much intrigued by that “salger” invention of hers.

And now I offer you a three-option thank you for either (1) being vegan,  (2) being vegan-curious or, (3) visiting my blog to troll on vegans. No judgement, welcome to all who rollick about the interwebz!

    Wow, a whole month on waffles!!

    If you have any tips on how to make perfect waffles, I’m all ears. I bought a waffle maker a year ago and it’s always hard for me to succeed at using it. I have to say it is not high quality, but still, I don’t even know how much batter to put in and how long to cook my waffles.
